Please arrive in time for the applicable seating deadline: 09:45 for the DGK Investiture or 12:45 for the PGM Installation.

The reduced-rate block-booking deadline closed on 15 August 2026. Late requests remain subject to availability and the rates then available.

Please follow the dress and regalia requirements stated on your formal invitation or communicated by your Lodge or Chapter.

If your requirements are unclear, confirm them with the Provincial Grand Secretary before the event.

Allow additional time for central Cape Town traffic and parking.
Use designated venue parking and follow the directions of event-day stewards.
Do not obstruct venue entrances, neighbouring access points or emergency routes.
Consider arranging shared transport where practical.

Any final transport instructions will be published here when confirmed.

When must I be seated?: By 09:45 for the District Grand King Investiture and by 12:45 for the Provincial Grand Master Installation.
When do the ceremonies open?: The District Grand Chapter opens at 10:00 and the Provincial Grand Lodge opens at 13:00.
When is the Festive Board?: The Festive Board commences at 15:00 and the Tyler’s Toast concludes the proceedings at 17:00.
